About us
Led by strategist Tim Watson and creative director Neil Ramsbottom, we combine brand clarity with design craft. Together we define ideas and bring them to life — an integrated partnership that turns complex hospitality challenges into clear, successful concepts.
Between us we bring over 40 years’ experience across property, hospitality, food and drink, and fintech. Tim leads discovery and brand concept development; Neil leads creative execution. Our understanding of markets where people and places intersect means we know how to navigate the overlapping challenges of place brands — and deliver ideas that engage guests and drive commercial success.

eNaR + Tim Watson
Tim leads the discovery and brand concept development work. Neil leads on creative execution with his studio at eNaR. We are one integrated team.
Each of our projects in hospitality are led by Neil Ramsbottom, a creative director and graphic designer with 25 years experience working prominently with clients in property and hospitality, and Tim Watson, a brand and culture strategist with over 20 years experience leading internationally renowned agencies, and 15 years working as an independent consultant to brands and organisations in property, hospitality, food and drink, and fintech.
Our experience in markets where people and places are intertwined means that we understand the multiple, complex and often overlapping challenges that place brands face.
Understanding those challenges and how to mitigate them is part of the skillset that enables us to deliver engaging and commercially successful brand identities.

Testimonials
Tim Groom Architects
“Working with Tim and Neil is incredibly good fun. I always look forward to our meetings and know that not only will we achieve something, but I will leave having plenty to think about. They have shown an ability to get under the skin of what I want to achieve, understand who I am, and what my business is in a very honest way. The quality of what they produce is superb and I’m proud of what we have achieved together. Enjoying what you do and the process is all too often overlooked but it is key to our relationship. As much as the process is a big part of the strategy, they always measure what is achieved so that we maximise our investment in each other. When my Inbox shows an unread mail from one of them it’s guaranteed to be something great for me to read or look at.”

Hyll
"There are a high number of luxury country house hotels in the Cotswolds so we needed to stand out, in terms of our concept, approach and look and feel. Tim and Neil have brought incredible insight, direction and confidence to the concept we are delivering – we feel unique. We understand our audience and we are clear on how we’re going to succeed. A huge part of this is down to Tim and Neil and the work they’ve done. It’s amazing."
