LIV Group are a leading residential management company in the UK. The brief was to develop the visual identity for the group and each service sector [BTR, Block Management, Consultancy, Interiors + Capital]. A series of pill shapes taken from the lowercase ‘l’ in the logo illustrate behaviours associated with each service.
This identity concept was created off the back of a strategic consultancy phase before the project was put on hold when LIV Group were acquired by an American BTR operator.
