Project Description

We were tasked with the job of taking stock of the good, the bad and the indifferent to help bring order to their overly complicated brand structure.


We began by analysing their marketing effectiveness across the hospitality business by analysing data and results, marketing expenditure, and the skillsets of the retained agencies. 


We then helped the leadership team to develop a clear proposition for the entire hospitality business, articulated as ‘Estate Life’. The idea focused on the personalities that live and work across the estate – from the gillie and the farrier to the farm shop workers – to give their guests a look at what a modern country estate is really like.
